Usability
Our trays are perfect to store track tiles from 18xx games or wooden/cardboard tokens from other games. The compartment size is so large that you can put tracks from every 18xx. Even the ones from 1846 GMT version where the tracks were monstrous in size and thickness.
Thicker 15mm trays
You can opt for the 25% thicker tray, which is ideal for situations where we store many heavy components, like wooden blocks for war games. If you’ve purchased one of our sets designed for wargames, you likely received the thicker trays.
However, be aware that this choice might not work for games where trays are connected without lids, aiming for a tight fit. The new trays fit into each other with a depth that’s 1mm less. In certain games where 4-6 trays are linked this way, a 2mm difference could prevent the box lid from fully closing.
