To which countries do you deliver?

How quickly will my order be packed and shipped?
We will pack and ship your order within 1-2 working days (Monday-Friday).
If you ordered wooden tokens with a ‘backorder’ status, an additional painting process will be required, which typically takes about 2 weeks. This is because we need to gather around 10,000 wooden tokens of a similar size for a single painting batch. If the process takes longer, we will contact you to confirm the delay.
If you ordered stickers with a ‘backorder’ status, we will need to print and cut them. This usually takes about 3-5 working days.

How long does the delivery take?

Delivery times may be longer during the winter season (November, December, and January) as this is the busiest time for all delivery companies, and delays may occur.
Payment Methods
You can select your preferred payment method at the end of the ordering process. We offer the following options:
Online Payment Card (Stripe):
A very convenient method of payment. Using your payment card, which must be enabled for internet transactions, you save time and money! The transaction is immediate, allowing us to process and send your package without delay.
PayPal:
PayPal is an electronic payment system where the account functions much like a regular bank account, with instant money transfers from one account to another.
Payment by Bank Transfer or BLIK:
This method is recommended only for customers in Poland, as foreign banks may charge additional fees for transfers.
Revolut:
You can also pay using Revolut, a digital banking alternative that offers quick and easy online transactions. Ideal for customers who prefer a modern, hassle-free payment solution.
How can I review my order history?
We always send you a confirmation email with your order information to your email address. In case you need certain order information, please search for our confirmation email in your personal email account. Additionally, we are currently working on the opportunity to display previous orders in your personal C&A account.
How can I change delivery address?
Sign in to your account and go to “my account”. On “my account” you can change all your contact information. The new address will be updated for subsequent orders, if you want to change the address for an existing order, please write to us: https://cube4me.com/contact-us/
Damaged parcel
Please check visually if there are any signs of mechanical damage.
If the package shows signs of damage, a claim must be made immediately.
If you collect a damaged package without complaining, and then notice signs of damage, the possibility of accepting a mechanical damage claim will be limited and the shipping supplier will reject the claim.
Can I return a product? When will I get my money back?
Of course! You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason. In this case, you must inform us and send the products to our address within 14 days of their delivery to our address. Please note that you have to cover the costs of returning the items back to us.
A full refund will be given together with the shipping costs once the items are received back, unless you have chosen a more expensive shipment, the cheapest possible shipment from our price list will be refunded.
The payment will be reimbursed in the same way that it was made.

I just paid for my order but would like to add something more to it. Is it possible?
In this case, you can create a second order. We will combine your orders and refund you part of the shipping cost for the second order. Please write us a message using our contact details. We will wait with packaging and shipping until the second order is ready.

Missing Items? No Worries!
Occasionally, an item may be missing from your order. If this happens, please don’t worry. Simply contact us, and we will send the missing pieces right away. Your satisfaction is important to us, and we are here to ensure a smooth and positive shopping experience.
