2026, April 29 – Temporary Suspension of UPS Shipping to Selected European Countries

We would like to inform you about an important update regarding our shipping options.

Unfortunately, UPS has recently increased their prices significantly for some European destinations—often by as much as 2×. What used to cost around $25 can now reach $40–$60, even for a small parcel.

Because of this, we have decided to temporarily disable UPS shipping to the following countries:

  • Iceland
  • Liechtenstein
  • Malta
  • Montenegro
  • Norway
  • San Marino
  • Serbia
  • Switzerland
  • Turkey
  • Ukraine

We believe that at these rates, this option no longer makes sense for our customers.

We will continue to monitor the situation closely and hope to bring this option back once prices stabilize—especially as current increases appear to be largely driven by rising fuel costs.

We’re very sorry for this inconvenience and truly appreciate your understanding.

2026, April 14 – Shipping to Asia – Temporary Delays

We are currently experiencing delays in shipments to some Asian countries.

This is due to ongoing disruptions in international logistics routes, particularly affecting transit through parts of the Middle East. As a result, shipping capacity has been reduced and partially redirected to alternative hubs in other regions, which is causing longer transit times than usual.

Please note that:

  • Packages may remain in transit longer than expected after departing from Poland
  • Tracking updates may be less frequent during this period
  • Delivery times may be extended beyond standard estimates

All shipments are still being processed and dispatched as usual, and there is no indication of packages being lost.

We are closely monitoring the situation and will provide updates as conditions improve.

Thank you for your patience and understanding.
