Yes, you can fit everything in the boxes and it is better that baggies, but this configuration of boxes is not great.
A storage solution, whilst storing the components safely, should also enable a quick and easy set up.
The faction cards could have quite easily had one box each. The blessing deck cards could have been in with their respective factions and spell cards could have had a deeper tray. The treasure card box is a bout the only good fit.
I would have been happy to pay more for a better set up friendly configuration of boxes

It’s a nice solution to organise the box and fits very nicely. I do agree with the other comment that a better configuration probably would have been a little bit better for gameplay, though I’m not sure it would have fit in the box then.
