Bomb Busters – Simple Storage That Works Perfectly

We are happy to introduce a new storage solution for the Bomb Busters game. It is quite different from the many wargames in our offer, but it was so enjoyable to play—and the holders worked so well—that I decided to make this setup an official set in our store and write a few words about it

Bomb Busters is a cooperative game where players work together to solve missions by carefully choosing and cutting the correct wire cards. It creates a lot of tension and discussion around the table, because every decision matters.

I first played this game during Wargameron, a convention near Warsaw in Poland last year. I liked it so much that I bought a copy as soon as it was released in Poland. During my winter vacation I finally had time to play it with friends — and everyone loved it.

While playing, I noticed that a few of our standard card holders work extremely well with this game, so we decided to officially add this solution to our shop.

Why This Storage Works So Well

In Bomb Busters there are several sets of wire cards in different colors. Keeping them separated is very helpful during gameplay, especially when the mission requires drawing wires randomly.

With this setup:

• each wire color has its own tray
• wires stay upright and easy to access
• players can shuffle and draw directly from the tray

For example, the red and yellow wires are often drawn randomly during missions. Our low-profile card trays are shallow enough to keep the wires stable so they do not flip over inside the tray. This means players cannot accidentally see their values, which keeps the gameplay fair.

It turns out that this small detail works perfectly for this type of game.

• one for blue wires
• one for info tokens and cards (also with sleeves)

3 × Standard Cards Tray Low 10mm Sleeve-Friendly

• one for red wires
• one for yellow wires
• one for other tokens
